Our Story

Macau has attracted the world to its Southern European atmosphere and flourishing entertainment industry. Besides these obvious semblances, the most fascinating part of Macau is its rich cultural story.

In recent centuries, many knowledgeable Chinese and foreign literates have left their mark here. Their perspectives bring different tastes of culture and their works integrate these flavors into daily life. This is the best-kept secret of Macau. The idea of making Macau’s culture a creative resource, working in cooperation with Macanese artists and inspiring the world with our way of life is gradually being realized after four long years.

After several years of preparation, the flagship store of Macau Creations finally opened on July 23, 2010. This special little store is located near the Ruins of St. Paul’s Church. We, much like the landmark, are trying to introduce the world to Macau’s culture and creativity. Macau Creations is the largest privately owned creative brand in Macau as of present. Each product contains an element of artwork created by professional artists. There is also an art exhibit located downstairs. Its purpose is to allow the public to appreciate the artworks in full and to further the understanding of Macau’s creativity.

We would like to thank the community for blessing us with a warm welcome the day we opened our doors. It is because of your support that we can meticulously and patiently find local artists and create our products. We are determined to strongly uphold our goal of working in concert with these artists in the future and to promote the unique and endearing atmosphere that Macau is so acclimated to. And finally, we wish to celebrate our heritage by integrating the essence of culture and history into our products.
