Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are now shipping worldwide to more than 100 countries and regions. Please click on "Shipping Rates" for more details. If your country is not included in our Zone Index list, please contact our customer service.

Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?

We use FedEx and SF Express to deliver our products.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For the international priority shipping, you should receive your order within 7-14 business days (including the time of processing, packaging and shipping). The delivery time varies from the countries.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No. Delivery cannot be made to Post Office Boxes.

Will I have to sign for my package?

In general, FedEx requires a signature when they deliver the package to your door.

Return and Exchange

How to return an item?

If you want to return an item, you must sign in to your MC account within seven days of the item’s arrival. There will be a “Request a Return Form” under your receipt. Please fill in the details required; our account department will send you a return authorization number once the request of return is approved.

How can I use Coupon Code?

Enter a coupon code on "My Bag" page and then click on "Apply" to receive your discount.The sub-total will be automatically updated.

I have entered the coupon code, why doesn't it work?

If the coupon code does not work, it may be expired or you may not meet the specified criteria to use it. If the provided reasons are not applied, please contact us and we will investigate the situation.

Can I use more than one discount offer on my order at one time?

Only one coupon code can be used at a time.

Orders

How do I make an order?

To place an order, select items to add to your shopping bag. When you have finished, click on the “Checkout” button. Follow the steps to complete your payments and transactions. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. It confirms the details of your order and notifies you that Macau Creations has received your order; there will be another email to inform you that your order has been shipped, which contains a tracking number for you to track your package on Fedex.com.

How can I check the status of my order?

Just sign in to your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number and FedEx website will appear on top. Clicking on the link will take you to the tracking information for your order.

My order has been shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have been passed and you’re still unable to track your order, please contact customer service.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no, if you have completed the checkout process, we are sorry that cancellation will not be allowed.

My order has arrived but an item is missing, what can I do?

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please email us or call 853+28358091 to speak with a customer service representative. We will try to assist you as quickly as possible.

You confirmed my order but I have now received an email saying that one of the items is out of stock. Why is that?

If such an incident occurs, it means that our stocks have just run out as you placed your order. This does not happen often, and we will not charge you for the item that was not included.

I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If you received a wrong item please return it to us, and we will ship the correct one free of charge to you. This will be done after we have checked your order with our warehouse. Please sign in to your account and proceed to the process of “Return and Exchange” and we will handle your case immediately.

Is it risky to give out personal information or card details?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Macaucreations.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Alipay, Union Pay and PayPal for all orders.

Do you include tax information upon checkout?

No. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Taxes and duties are presented on delivery, not checkout. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Policy

You may choose the method of delivery from below:

• We provide two kinds of delivery services:
  • Self-collection locally:
    • Local customers may choose to collect the goods from Macau Creations retail shop (by the side of the Ruins of St. Paul’s) by themselves. No delivery charge is required.
    • macaucreations.com will notify you the date of collection of goods. Please produce the print receipt of the online order and personal identity document (purchaser) for the collection of goods.
    • If you ask someone to collect on your behalf, please sign (the purchaser) on the online order receipt and produce it together with the original copy of your personal identity document (the purchaser) upon collection.
    • If goods are not collected within one month from notice of collection, Macau Creations shall have the right to process the goods.

  • International courier service:
    • International courier service is only available for areas outside Macau.
    • All courier service is provided by FedEx.
    • Please fill in clearly the name, address and contact telephone number of the recipient. Postal box numbers will not be accepted.
    • To ensure the safe arrival of goods to its destination, all parcels are tagged with a tracking number for checking of the delivery status.
• Orders will only be processed after completion of online credit card payment has been confirmed.
• macaucreations.com will endeavor to deliver the packed product to FedEx office in Macau within three working days after receipt of confirmation of order but depending on the availability of stock. macaucreations.com will process the confirmed order as soon as possible but please note that due to many factors that goods cannot be guaranteed to arrive at the stipulated time. These factors include: some countries will spend weeks for the inspection of parcels or delay due to Christmas, New Year or other holidays.
• You have to be responsible for the tariffs and import duties concerned for the product purchased from Macau Creations. Each country has different tariffs and it is not within the control of macaucreations.com. If you want to know more about the tariffs information, please contact your local customs department.
• The order will be treated as “undelivered order” if goods are returned to us due to unknown address, refusal of receipt by recipients, failure of delivery after several attempts and other reasons. macaucreations.com will notify you the issue concerned via email. In these cases, we will refund you after deduction of freight and 15% of the total goods value as handling charge. We will not re-deliver the “undelivered order” to you but you are welcome to purchase again the products of macaucreations.com.
• When shopping at macaucreations.com, you are the “importer”. You must comply with the rules and regulations of your residing area. We will label the products of the parcel as “daily necessities/souvenir/gift”. Macau Creations will not be responsible for or bear any legal liability of any consequences or loss due to implementation of the importation or sales regulations of the local authority.

In case of disputes, Macau Creations reserves the right to make the final decision.

Return Policy

• macaucreations.com endeavors to provide the best service and products for you. If the product you purchased is within the area of quality problem, you can apply for replacement within 7 working days after receipt of goods. We will arrange replacement of the same kind of product and there will be no refunding service. In this case, the customer will have to apply for goods return and bear the freight charges.
  • Definition of quality problem:
    • Except for the outer box and the packaging, obvious and non-disputable serious quality problem like product damage and fall off of decorations etc. can be requested for replacement.
  • Definition of non-quality problem
    • Odd piece of thread, wrinkle and fold, color difference with what is shown on screen
    • Slight defect that does not affect dressing like seam exposure at linings or unobvious corner or not neat sewing or slight flaws and stains on light color clothes
    • Difference between the picture and the real object like the buttons, corner, and drop
    • Quality difference between the picture and the real object like the material used and the degree of fine workmanship
• Macau Creations will not render replacement service under the following conditions:
  • Product has been opened or used
  • Product is not in original condition, already damaged or incomplete
  • Special priced or clearance sale products
  • Product sold at any Macau Creations retail or distribution outlets
  • Product damage due to negligence of customers or wrong delivery of product
  All products that cannot be replaced will not be refunded. Product that cannot be replaced but returned to Macau Creations will be treated as abandoned by the customer and considered to be authorized by the customer for disposal by Macau Creations.
• Note for returned goods for replacement:
  • If the product is of quality problem, please log in to membership center within 7 working days after receipt of the product and click “application for replacement” in the order page and fill in the appropriate information. We will confirm the application within 5 working days. When the application is successful, please return the product together with its accessories as soon as possible for replacement process.
  • Returned goods should be sent to us with a covering note with contents as follows:
    • Member’s name and membership code
    • Order number and date
    • Contact detail
    • Product name and reason for return
  • Returned goods should be sent by airmail or courier. Macau Creations will not accept any postage collect mails or parcels.
  • If the customer delivers the quality problem product to Macau Creations retail outlets in person, confirmation of the replacement application must be produced for replacement of the product.
  • Freight charges of the replacement product will be borne by Macau Creations.
  Please pay attention to all the above. Macau Creations has the right not to accept any unsuccessful or unapproved replacement applications or application after 7 working days.
• If the replacement of the same kind and same model of product cannot be made due to shortage of stock or stop sale of product, Macau Creations will proceed to the refunding process. We will advise you via email the method of refund or delivery date of the substitute product (depending on the situation). The credit card company will take 4 to 6 weeks to refund to the customer. Freight charges, tariffs, import duties etc. will not be refunded.

In case of dispute, Macau Creations reserves the right to make the final decision.

9. Delivery time

All orders will be processed within 2 working days. Under normal condition, the processed orders will be sent to FedEx for forwarding within 3 working days so as to make sure you will be able to receive the product within 14 working days. Delivery time may differ as destinations vary.

10. Customer service hours

Customer service hours of macaucreations.com are Mondays to Fridays 9:00 to 18:00 except for Macau public holidays. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

11. Inclement weather

Order processing and delivery service will be deferred when typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm warning signal is issued or any force majeure occurs.

12. Member’s account

You will receive an email confirmation when you purchase online with macaucreations.com and become a member.
